Our Refund Policy: A Badge of Assurance
MoonEdge’s refund policy is uniquely characterized by the introduction of two distinctive badges: the “7 Days Full and Unconditional Refund” badge and the “14 Days Full and Unconditional Refund” badge.
The refund process is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly. If a community member decides to opt for a refund, they can do so within either 7 or 14 days from the project’s listing date, depending on the badge associated with the project.
Please note that this refund option is only available if the investor has not yet claimed their tokens. Furthermore, upon completion of a refund request for a project, you will no longer be eligible to claim tokens for that project.
Special Consideration for Airdropped Tokens
If your tokens were obtained via an airdrop, they must be held and returned in the event of a refund request (specific instructions will be provided).
