It has been a wild ride and we are ever so grateful for the tremendous support our community has shown us since day one. The MoonEdge team is excited to announce that we have confirmed a date for our very first project IDO, Forest Knight.
The much-anticipated Forest Knight IDO will take place on September 16, 2021, at 3 PM BST and we would like to take a moment to share some important information surrounding this much-anticipated event.
Requirements to Participate
In order to participate in the Forest Knight IDO, users will be required to complete their KYC at least 24 hours before our start time. Your staking status must be active at least 24h before the IDO and remains active until our second round has been completed.
You’ll be pleased to know that we offer a more simple and streamlined KYC process than many other Launchpads on the market and you can learn more about it by clicking here. Please note that we recommend that all eligible participants complete the KYC as soon as possible to ensure that no unexpected delays prevent them from being able to participate.
- Round 1 will start at 3 PM BST on September 16th and end at 3 PM BST on September 17th.
- Round 2 will start at 3 PM BST on September 17th and end at 6 PM BST on September 17th
IDO Details
- The total raised for this event will be $100,000 with USDC as the swap currency.
- The ticker for the Forest Knight native token is $KNIGHT
- The IDO price per each $KNIGHT is $0.15
- Participant allocation size will be determined by their tier level
Vesting Schedule
Tokens purchased during our IDO will be locked until September 21, 2021*, and unlocked periodically over the following vesting schedule:
- Unlock 1: 20% unlocked on September 21, 2021, exact time TBA (TGE)
- Unlock 2: 20% unlocked on October 21, 2021, exact time TBA
- Unlock 3: 20% unlocked on November 21, 2021, exact time TBA
- Unlock 4: 20% unlocked on December 21, 2021, exact time TBA
- Unlock 5: 20% unlocked on January 21, 2022, exact time TBA
